Kodiak Pacific Construction is Hiring a Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager Near Sherwood, OR

Kodiak Pacific Construction Co. is a Heavy Civil and Asphalt Paving Company based in Sherwood, Oregon, USA.

This is a full-time on-site role for our Project Manager for our Heavy Highway and road division. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks such as project scheduling, budgeting, cost estimation, and quality control. They will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. Estimating projects and pricing project change orders may be required during project management duties.

Required Experience

· 5 years experience in heavy civil project management

· Experience in expediting and logistics management

· Strong project management skills, including budgeting, cost estimation, and quality control

· Experience in inspection and quality assurance

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Ability to work well in a team environment
