Scroll down and apply today!RESPONSIBILITIES:Process on-road, off-road, and watercraft vehicle titling and registration (including out-of-state).Reassign incoming titles from trades-ins and outright vehicle purchasesProcess lien payoffs and outright purchase checksNotify customers when license plates are available with an option to pick up or mail outResolve titling issues through interaction with customers, dealers, and regulatory agenciesFollow-up with different lending institutions on the release of ELT and physical titles.Verify the accuracy of completed formsEnsure appropriate inspections are requested from third partiesPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirementsOne year experience as a title clerk in an automotive, powersports, or auction environment, preferredStrong data entry experienceAbility to work in a high volume, fast-paced environmentA sense of urgency is a must in this positionAbility to comprehend or learn to read an NMVTIS report.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of and ability to assign over ownership on titles for all 50 states desiredMust be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-taskMust have strong computer skills, including basic accounting software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.Notary certification is a plus.BenefitsWhat RumbleOn/Freedom Powersports Offers You:A fun, relaxed, and casual work environment with awesome people by your side working as a team to ensure the entire group's success!
