General Qualifications and responsibilities:
· Must have min 3 years of related work experience
· Must be credentialed and are required to possess a Registered Respiratory Therapist license meeting the NBRC requirements
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Valid BLS certification or be able to obtain within 2 months of hire
· Knowledge of state and federal regulations, compliance standards and regulations
· Knowledge of clinical P & P and be able to implement them
· Possess the ability to lead and manage RTs for successful patient and program outcomes
· Leadership and management skills
· Good organizational, communication and human relations skills
· Computer literacy and MS software experience
Areas of responsibility:
· Be the liaison to the center for the NIV programs
· Execution of New Clinical Programs
· Oversee day to day operations of the facility NIV programs.
· Daily oversight of Clinical staff
· Work out of the Branch office
· Oversee the billing program for respiratory equipment
· Fill in as needed for RT assignments and/or programs
· Provide clinical services to accounts, delivery and set up of respiratory equipment
· Provide in-service education to staff and accounts, and assist with compliance issues at facilities and training
· Responsible for hiring, developing, training, supervising and performance management of assigned personnel
· Coordinate orientation and training schedules with ROM
· Recruit possible RT candidates, screening and interviewing
· Work with ROM to maintain accounts and develop working relationships
· Work with ROM on annual compliance metrics and audits and general reports
· Work with ROM on obtaining new accounts and services
Other responsibilities:
· Perform other related duties and projects as directed by senior management team
