The main duties of this role include controlling the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking, and analyzing inventory maintenance and developing protocols for loss mitigation.

Duties / Responsibilities : Interview potential vendors and select ones that best meet the needs of the organization. Oversee inventory and order additional products and supplies when needed.

Evaluate the selection and shipping process and work to improve efficiency. Keep up to date with industry trends and update inventory as needed.

Negotiate vendor contracts to maximize profit. Accepting deliveries and entering orders in Cultivera & Metrc. Keeping up to date on new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends.

Accurately use and maintain the Product Menu Assist with labeling, and any other side task needed. Competitive salary package and benefits ($20-$23 / hr depending on experience level).

Eligible for health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance) within 60 days after start date. 401K including company match after 90 days of employment.

Required Skills / Abilities : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong logistical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or Google Workspace or related software a must Familiarity with Cultivera and Metrc or related inventory software is desired.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong supervisory and leadership skills Experience in the Cannabis industry a plus.

Collaboration with other Leaders in the organization including Directors and VPs. Education and Experience : Associates degree in Logistics or a related field preferred At least three years of inventory management / control or related work experience preferred Physical Requirements : Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
