- Role:
RBTs use ABA techniques to teach a variety of skills such as functional communication, social skills, coping strategies, and many more
- Schedule & Pay:
Monday-Friday Full-time: 30-40 hours per week Part-time: 20-29 hours per week

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Record data and complete session notes
Support with center needs delegated by the Center Director
Participate in ongoing training initiatives

- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Experience working with children- ABA experience a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- RBT Certification active and in good standing, or willing to become RBT certified within 90 days of employment
- Experience working with children. Experience working with children with behavioral concerns of developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Current active Adult and Child CPR First Aid/Certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as dependability and reliability.
