Cost Less Auto Parts (owned by Parts Authority) is now hiring retail cashiers in Kelso!

We the position is full time (40hrs each week) with health care benefits are available to all team members working 32 hours per week or more. Other benefits include 401(K), paid vacation and paid sick time.

Main purpose of job: Provide exceptional customer service to all retail customers by greeting every customer and offering efficient and accurate check out experience.

The ideal candidate will also be able and willing to fill in as a delivery driver to cover vacations and busy times during the week.

Duties include:

• Greeting customers as they enter and exit the store
• Offering to help customers locate items, or ensuring a counter person is available to do so
• Cashing out customers for sales and returns
• Counting till money at the beginning and ending of every shift
• Making and ensuring all store signage is accurate, clean and presentable
• Maintaining an organized and stocked store front and warehouse
• Helping put away freight
• Taking care of aisle responsibilities and reporting inventory issues
• Maintaining a clean store
• Keeping cashier area clean and organized
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms and break room when assigned
• Assisting Retail Managers and PIC’s in whatever tasks are required
• Assisting in closing duties, including closing out all machines for the morning deposit
