Job Title: Dynamic Steak Cutter - Trim Line Lead

Location: Baltimore, MD

Schedule: Monday and Friday, 2 PM - 10 PM (until finished)

Company Overview:Join our successful Baltimore Manufacturing Plant, celebrating over 90 years of excellence. We are seeking a dynamic Steak Cutter to lead our Trim Line team, ensuring high-quality beef products that meet our strict specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist the Trim team in cutting and trimming beef products to required specifications.
• Ensure adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
• Adjust to changing work schedules and manage team accordingly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in cutting and trimming beef products or equivalent is required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Previous experience as a Lead is preferred.
• Ability to train and lead a team effectively.
• Ability to work in a cold (41 degrees) and wet environment.
• Capable of performing repetitive movements and standing for long periods.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
