What You’ll Do:

- Oversee daily operations of the Somerville store, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency.

- Manage and inspire a dedicated team, handling scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management.

- Maintain high standards of quality control and safety in all store operations.

- Collaborate with the supervisors team to ensure a seamless and delightful customer experience.

- Implement effective systems for inventory management and cost control.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment, leading by example.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
