Description
The Unit Manager works under the direction of the Director of Nursing to coordinate and supervise the clinical services provided on the skilled nursing unit in order to provide quality resident care in compliance with company policies. The Unit Manager may also be assigned to oversee the clinical services provided in other special units or sectors. The Unit Manager is responsible for focusing on clinical customer service, assessments, communication, audits and compliance.

> Active, Non-Probationary LPN License
> Active, Class-Instructed CPR Certification
> Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
> Tuberculosis Testing
> Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
> Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
> Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
