Foster Care Social Worker:

Davidson Family Services has a position open in the Catawba/Gaston/Lincoln area for a Foster Care Social Worker.

Education and Experience:

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with some foster care knowledge.

Prior Foster Care Social Work experience is requested.

Roles and Duties:

· Must have knowledge of Person-Centered Plans (PCP)

· Must have experience with Authorizations.

· Travel is required as part of the position.

· Home/Office/Travel depending on the day’s tasks at hand.

· Attention to detail and Paperwork organizational skills are required.

Other Requirements:

Must be able to pass drug screening.

Must pass criminal and driver’s records check.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid NC Driver’s License

Must attend all necessary training, meetings, and required classes.

References will be checked.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8-hour shift

Work Location: Home/Office/Travel depending on the day’s tasks at hand.
