**Job Summary:** We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health care, nursing homes, or home care settings. **Responsibilities:** - Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting - Provide companionship and emotional support - Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Help with light housekeeping tasks and laundry - Follow care plans and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of medical records **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in caregiving, senior care, or assisted living preferred - Knowledge of dementia care is a plus - Ability to effectively communicate with clients and their families - High school diploma or equivalent required - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to pass a background check This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
