Responsibilities

• Respond efficiently to incoming phone inquiries and customer demands
• Execute orders and generate invoices for customer purchases
• Process one-time payments and handle payments toward credit accounts
• Log customer and contractor quotes into QuickBooks
• Contact suppliers to get pricing info and add the approved retail markup
• Place orders for materials needed by customers/contractors
• Identify and fulfill customer requirements to ensure satisfaction
• Create sustainable relationships with customers/contractors via interactive communication
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate tools
• Meet personal/team goals in sales and customer service
• Resolve customer inquiries/complaints promptly and effectively
• Adhere to company policies/guidelines and communication procedures
• Accurately estimate roofs, decks, pole barn lean-to, and home additions in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of construction/building materials experience
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience or comparable
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Compensation is negotiable based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
