The Postal Annex in Evergreen Area of San Jose has an immediate opening for a Full time/ Part-time sales associate position. We are looking for a friendly, responsible, reliable, outgoing person who enjoys working with people with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities would include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service to customers

- Being proactive in assigned daily tasks

- Sorting mail and packages

- Processing sales and shipping transactions

- Learning to operate all equipment, software, and devices

- Packaging, copying, laminating, binding, key cutting, organizing, and cleaning

Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in a UPS store, FedEx store, USPS, or any other authorized shipping center. Applicants with a Notary Public license will also be highly preferred (but not required).

Other requirements:

Notary Public will be preferred.

Computer skills

- At least 18 years of age

- High school diploma

- Passion for customer service

- Good Work Ethic, Customer Service, Communication, and Organization skills

-Make sure employees are doing their tasks properly and efficiently

-Manage hours they work and help finalize payroll with supervisor.
