Job Overview:
Alliance Fire Protection Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Alarm Superintendent to join our team. As a Fire Alarm Superintendent, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing alarm systems for commercial properties. Must have at least 5 years of Fire Alarm Installation, Service and Programming of various Fire Alarm panels, this position will be the tech support for all other technicians. The Superintendent will need to be able to supervise a team of service techs, work closely with the Fire Alarm Manager to project manage fire alarm jobs.

Responsibilities:
- Install, program, and test alarm systems according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues or malfunctions with alarm systems
- Provide training to clients on how to operate and maintain their alarm systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in alarm systems

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of low voltage electrical systems and wiring techniques
- Ability to build, install, and configure alarm system components
- Knowledge of fire alarm systems and fire sprinkler fitting is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical components

Requirements:

- Experience installing/servicing commercial alarm system
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to be on-call, overnight travel, work night and weeks if required
- Strong communication and customer service skills/Professional and Dependable
