THE ROLE

At Fora, we are reimagining the future of online communities, and are looking for a Product Operations Associate to help bridge the gap between Operations and product teams. As a Product Operations Associate, you will serve as the voice of the user while pioneering new operational processes, and working with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to build the future of online communities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-focused public company with a startup mentality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Engineering to build the future of distributed forums

- Be the go-to expert on our users shaping ideation, validation, and execution of Fora launches

- Develop a support-to-product pipeline for continuous product improvement

- Build internal tools to optimize support and community daily operations

- Create an operational experiment framework for low/no dev experimentation

- Other related responsibilities and ad hoc projects as negotiated and needed to meet the ongoing needs of the company

ABOUT YOU

- 2 years of experience in product or product operations, ideally for a consumer product in social media or social networking

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong team player with a positive, scrappy approach to challenging projects

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ALSO HAVE

- Proficiency in SQL Experience in a startup environment

- Experience in designing experiments and developing statistical models

- Ability to communicate analysis and recommendations across a wide range of non-technical audiences

- Enthusiasm for online communities and social media
