Location: Victory Ford at the Legends in KCK

Position: Sales Representative

Schedule: Full-time, 5-day work week

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am - 7:00 pm
• Friday and Saturday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Sundays off and 1 additional day off during the week

Compensation:

• $3,000 per month guarantee for the first 90 days
• Expected annual pay between $48,000 to $100,000
• All benefits available

Job Description:
Victory Ford, part of a large auto group in Kansas City, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our sales team. No experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training. As a Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to sell both new and used cars from our extensive inventory of over 1000 used vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Conduct test drives and assist with financing options
• Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
