```Duties:```
- Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, and mini ex, blade,Gannon skid steer, scrapper to perform various construction tasks
- Use equipment to dig trenches, build roads, and move materials on construction sites
- Operate water trucks to dampen dust and maintain road conditions
- Pave and compact surfaces using asphalt and other materials
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

```Qualifications:``At least 3 years`
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, and gannons blade skid steer scrapper
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
