Responsibilities
- Provide dignified and compassionate support to patients
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as dressing, feeding, safe ambulating, and transferring
- Aid patients with personal care tasks like oral hygiene and bathing
- Monitor and accurately record food intake, urinary and fecal output, and communicate findings with medical staff
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to process and share information, working closely with physicians, caregivers, and nurses
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to safety and infection control protocols
- Verifiable Illinois Nursing Assistant Certification
- Onsite position requiring full Covid vaccination for all medical staff
- Recent results of a physical health exam conducted within the past 12 months
- Recent negative TB test results from within the past 12 months
- BLS or CPR Certification
- Reliable, dependable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work well autonomously and adjust to scheduling needs.
