About Us:
Anderson Cleaning is a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company seeking dedicated Supervisors to lead our cleaning crews. We value teamwork, respect, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Drive to various accounts in Western Massachusetts using a company car.
• Conduct visual inspections of customer sites (banks, office buildings, etc.).
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Train and mentor workers.
• Deliver supplies (paper, chemicals, etc.).
• Perform project work and special jobs as needed.
• Fill in for absent workers.
• Monitor payroll hours and submit paperwork to the office.

Qualifications:

• Clear criminal background (no major infractions or felonies).
• Valid driver's license.
• Own car/reliable transportation.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficient with simple paperwork.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
