Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admissions Coordinator. As an Admissions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with the admissions process and ensuring a smooth transition into our medical facility.
Duties:
-Provide support to the residents and family members.
- Assist with referral admission procedures while providing high level of customer service.
-Prepare admission packets or other materials along with contracts
-Provide facility tours for potential residents or families
-Track and report daily census reports
-Track weekly admission inquires, referrals and waiting list
-Provide support and assistance to residents and family during the admission process
