Executive Transportation is Hiring a Client Relations Representative Near Newport, KY

CLIENT RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

Hiring 2 Customer Service Representatives to work 2nd Shift Full Time. Must be willing to work at Airport Shuttle Desk (located in Baggage Claim at CVG in Hebron, KY) a minimum of one (1) day a week. Must be able to work at least a Friday or Saturday from 5:00pm to 1:00am.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Clear and concise communication of travel details to passengers.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive and efficient travel experience.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally and promptly.
  • Extremely detail oriented and capable of managing multiple reservations and schedules simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure accuracy of all pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments, including operations, dispatch and customer service to ensure seamless transportation services.
  • Proficiency in using transportation reservation systems and other relevant software.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills to address customer concerns or circumstances that may occur.
  • Being self-motivated.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound reservation requests via phone, email and online platforms.
  • Input and manage reservation details accurately in the transportation system.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with booking inquiries, changes and cancellations.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues related to reservations.
  • Communicate reservation details to relevant departments, including operations, dispatch and customer support.
  • Confirm reservations with customers and provide necessary information such as departure times and travel policies.
  • Work with operations and dispatch teams to ensure that reservations align with available transportation services.
  • Coordinate with drivers and dispatch to facilitate smooth transitions for passengers.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to reservations such as scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, cancellations and customer interactions.
  • Use transportation reservation systems and related software tools to manage bookings efficiently.
  • Having an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Account for credit card transactions.
  • Gain general knowledge of the Greater Cincinnati area.
  • (Airport Shuttle Desk Only) - Gain knowledge of the CVG Airport map as well as hotels we serve across the Greater Cincinnati Area
  • (Airport Shuttle Desk Only) - Ensure that the Executive Shuttle Desk area is clean and presentable for all CVG patrons.
  • (Airport Shuttle Desk Only) - Be willing to help guests with their luggage.

SCHEDULE

  • Full-Time
  • 8-Hour Shift / Anywhere between 2:00pm to 1:00am
  • Days will vary / Must commit to either a Friday or Saturday 5:00pm to 1:00am
  • At least one of the shifts will be at the Airport Shuttle Desk located at the CVG Airport in Hebron, KY
  • All other shifts will be at Executive Transportation's office in Newport, KY

SALARY

  • Starting pay - $18.00/Hr
  • Opportunity for a Pay Increase Once Training is Completed - $19.00/Hr

TRAINING

  • Paid Training.
  • Training will mostly be on-site at our Newport, KY home office and may also take place at the CVG Airport Shuttle Desk.
  • Training is 40 Hours a week for 4-6 weeks.
  • Days and times of training to be determined.
  • Once training is completed, regular schedule will be initiated.
