Finzer Roller seeks an Office Support person. $20 - $24 per hour, bonus potential, PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, 401k match, paid weekly.

Specific responsibilities may include:

• Answers and routes calls and assists customers in a proactive and friendly manner.
• Enters data into ERP system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generates bills of lading and prepared orders for shipment.
• Creates purchase orders. Obtains approvals and confirms pricing with vendors. Follows up with vendors regarding order status.
• Ensures that purchase orders and packing slips match and that all data is accurate.

Qualified candidates will have 2 years of accounts receivable or data entry experience. Strong computer skills required. Experience with an ERP system a plus. Experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or a job shop highly desired. Must have a pleasant demeanor, attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
