Southern Development & Construction (SDC) is an established underground site development company seeking EXPERIENCED PIPE CREWS or individuals with EXPERIENCE in underground pipe installation - pipe layer, tailman, loader operators, excavator operators and laborer for underground sewer, water and storm piping. Full time job, full benefits, room for advancement, excellent pay based on experience plus health insurance package, 401K after 90 days.

Must have experience in UNDERGROUND pipe work to include sanitary sewer, storm drainage, potable water, reclaim and fire lines.

Must have reliable TRANSPORTATION to various job sites in Orlando area.
