Forge Industrial Staffing in Livonia is currently seeking a Customer Service Associateto fill an opening with a logistics company located in Hamtramck.
Requirements of the Customer Service Associate
Work Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
1 year of customer service experience required,
Previous experience with Microsoft Office required.
Must possess good communication skills as well as organizational and problem- solving skills.
Must be able to use PC, scanners, calculators, and related equipment.
Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills are required.

Problem solving and customer interaction
