UI/UX Developer
Talento has partnered with an organization that manages a large portfolio of companies across the United States on a search for a UI/UX Developer responsible for the design and implementation of user-centric designs and landing pages for a portfolio of 9 pages. In this newly built role, you'll work closely with the CRO Lead to understand behavior and design needs and create engaging designs that meet business goals and enhance user satisfaction and experience from concept to execution, including wireframing, prototyping, and front end development.
Requirements

• 4 years of experience in UI/UX design and development
• Must have a portfolio
• Experience with front end development languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design
• Experience with backend languages is preferred
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools (Adobe, Sketch, Figma, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills; able to articulate design concepts and rationales to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Revamp UX/UI solutions in line with company objectives and user requirements, emphasizing optimization of landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Leverage graphic design expertise to craft visually captivating graphics and layouts, elevating user experience and driving conversion rates.
• Execute responsive web designs with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring seamless performance across diverse devices and browsers.
• Collaborate closely with the CRO lead to strategize and implement A/B tests, utilizing data-driven insights to shape design strategies.
  Prototype and refine designs based on user feedback, usability tests, and A/B test outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest web design and UX trends, technologies, and methodologies to incorporate them effectively into projects.
• Effectively convey design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and team members.
