We are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our clients, community, and providers. Our office seeks an experienced Peer Support Specialist to provide services for our new Clinician Led Community Response Team (CLCR).
Description
The Peer Support Specialist must be able to work as part of a team and collaborate with clients, referral sources, and other community providers—the ability to relate to a diverse population. Previous experience working with individuals who experience emotional disturbance, including but not limited to mental health, substance use, and Indianapolis residents experiencing mental health crises. The program is expanding to operate 24 hours, seven days a week. This position does require night and overnight shifts. This full-time contracted position works 10-hour shifts 3 - days a week.
