My Voice is a family owned and SLP operated Speech and Language clinic, where we value the unique experiences and background of our clinicians.
My name is Tim Ramos, I founded My Voice as a reaction to the poor treatment given to clinicians at larger clinics. The lack of support, resources, and tools, I witnessed often led to clinician burnout and high turnover. I shook my head when clinics would reimburse a clinician at a lower rate or not at all, when a client did not show or cancelled. Here at My Voice, we reimburse clinicians for their time at the clinic, regardless of client cancellations.
My Voice was birthed as a dream to run a family-centered and efficient clinic, where clinicians can focus on what matters, providing therapy and family-engagement. Clinicians are provided all tools, resources, and support necessary for success. As a clinician, I know the difficulties and struggles clinicians face and do all I can to create a supportive and fulfilling work-environment.
