Traveling Construction Superintendent
Bluestone Partners focuses on commercial interior construction projects across the country and is searching for experienced Traveling Tenant Improvement/Commercial Superintendents to be a part of our growing team.
Responsibilities
Oversee operation of the construction site
Supervise all activities and tasks including scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with contracted scope of work
Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions
Ensure safety & compliance of the site
Maintain daily logs
Communicate with Project Manager and Subs
Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution
Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work
Confirm subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team
Walk project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning
Respond promptly to customer needs
Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner
Build relationships with potential backup subcontractors and suppliers
Confirm all materials are available or on-site
Communicate with project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, and Material Submittals

Able to do different types of trades as needed

Able to pass OHSA-10 certification
**Travel is required.
