Boral is Hiring a Customer Service Agent Near Newcastle, CA

Your next opportunityIf you pride yourself on being a reliable, driven and self-motivated individual then we want YOU to join our Customer Service team based in our Kooragang Office on a Permanent Full Time basis!
We are seeking multiple Customer Solution Agents to provide support for our customers in relation to orders and general inquiries. In this opportunity, you will work off a monthly roster with shifts ranging between our opening hours Monday to Friday. This Permanent Full Time opportunity will see you work a rotating roster between 6am- 5pm Monday to Friday.
Your day will involve;
  • Receive orders and enter them into our systems in a precise and agile manner (with training provided)
  • Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery status information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems
  • Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.

  • Be a punctual, professional and reliable team member, joining your peers in the office - 5 days per week.
  • Enthusiastic customer focus, willing to be an integral part of a busy and efficient order-taking and distribution team
  • Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders with the highest level of precision
  • Knowledge of construction materials and industry is desirable
  • Computer literate
  • Proven ability to learn and meet the challenges of an ever-changing environment.
