**Job Overview:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. **Duties:** - Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Provide medication administration and reminders - Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment - Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring clients - Monitor and report changes in client's health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients **Requirements:** - Experience in caregiving or related field preferred - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality - Familiarity with systems for documenting care provided - Ability to provide care in various settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or hospice care environments - Proficiency in catheter care if required - Ability to lift and move clients safely Join our team of dedicated professionals and make a difference in the lives of those in need.
