Job details :
We are seeking a detailed-oriented data entry person for our Purchasing Department.
We offer a competitive pay and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match, 9 paid holidays and paid vacation.
Duties include but are not limited to the following :
- Attain approval, fax and scan purchase orders to multiple properties
- Obtain receivers, match to purchase orders
- Open and date stamp mail
- Compile Invoices, Purchase Orders and Receivers
- Input Invoices into MAS for payment
- Track and update usage on Excel spreadsheets
