We have a female client in Morgan Hill, 95037. She is 82 years old and lives with her husband. Needs help with personal and incontinence care. She is on dialysis and needs driving to and from (please do not apply if a non driver or no reliable transportation).

Care is Tuesdays 8a-2p and Fridays 10a-4p.

Caregivers will help with

• Meal preparation
• Incontinent care (assist with toileting needs/changing diaper)
• Bathing, grooming and dressing
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping (take out garbage, laundry etc.)
• Companionship and safety supervision.
• Transportation (needed for apts)

In order to legally hire and remain compliant with the state we need the following:

• A current HCA - Home Care Aide Registry # - if expired we can help you reactivate it.
• A Current TB
• Vaccination
• ID/DL & SSN
• At least 2 years of caregiver with agency or facility work.
