Total In Home Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to complete qaurterly visits with clients. Nurses will be compensated at $50 per visit.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members and document patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self care.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Nursing license.
• 6 months Homecare experience.
• Knowledge of Medicaid regulations preferred.
