Shipping & Receiving Clerk Responsibilities:

• Learn and adhere to the Rosenthal Automotive Policies and Procedures
• Build and maintain customer relationships, going above and beyond to ensure a lifetime customer
• Assist with wholesale parts, including inventory and shipping and receiving
• Obtain brand-specific product knowledge and present the knowledge in a manner that reflects pride in the product
• Work closely with other departments to provide a cohesive customer experience
• Ability to master product knowledge and present this knowledge in a manner that reflects pride in the product

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Qualifications:

• Automotive experience preferred
• Previous warehouse/stock clerk experience preferred
• Fluent in English
• Fork-lift experience preferred
• Able to lift up 50 to 75 lbs
• Process and detail-oriented with developed organizational skills
• Self-motivated and confident in ability to work under pressure and prioritize
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work independently with strong time management skills
• Able to get along with a variety of personality types
• Willing to think outside of the box to problem solve
