Kershaw Knives is a manufacture of pocket knives in Tualatin, Oregon, continues to grow and has an immediate need for knife sharpeners.

This position will pay $15 to $17 an hour.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties Summary:

• Sharpening pocket knives and fixed blade knives on honing wheel / sharpening wheel.
• Work in a team environment
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of professional knife sharpening experience on a honing wheel / sharpening wheel or belt sander, preferably in a manufacturing environment but significant personal experience with these same techniques may be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
