Wood Fruitticher is Hiring a Yard Driver Near Birmingham, AL
Come join the Wood Fruitticher team as a Yard Driver! The Yard Driver will be responsible for moving semi-trailers around our lot and backing to multiple docks. This person will ensure trucks and trailers are ready for unloading, loading, and transport. Must be familiar with operating equipment such as semi-trucks and yard tractors. Backing experience is a must. Valid Driver's License is required. Currently hiring for the following shifts:
Monday - Friday / 10:00am - 6:30pm
Sunday - Thursday / 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Requirements:
- Backing experience
- Knowledge of coupling & uncoupling
- Valid drivers license (CDL license not required)
- Great communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
