Reach Behavioral Health is looking for a licensed Mental Health Professional for our Little Rock clinic conveniently located on Rodney Parham!

About us: Reach Behavioral Health is a sister-company to Kidsource Therapy and operates as the mental health program under the large umbrella of comprehensive therapies available through Kidsource. Reach provides professional counseling to children, teens, adults, and families in our Benton and Little Rock clinic locations. We also offer telehealth for virtual counseling sessions to conveniently meet the needs of Arkansans across the state using our secure platform. Our mission is to equip and empower with integrity.

Before applying, please understand that:

  • The ideal candidate for this position will be open to working with a mix of children, teens, and adults.
  • It is preferred, but not required, that the candidate is an infant mental health provider (for ages 2-4).
  • We strongly prefer a provider who is able to serve children under the age of 12
  • Reach is not a behavioral health agency. We are an outpatient counseling group practice.
  • Remote work is available via telehealth though position requires in-person work also - so it is not fully remote
  • This position requires Arkansas state licensure as an LCSW or LPC.
