Auto Detailer- Full Time

Responsibilities

• Accommodate customer detail needs with high level of customer service
• Answer telephone calls and responds to emails in a timely manner
• Maintain a tracking log to ensure proper tagging and organization keys and license plates for detail vehicles
• Controls detail pick up and return process for all scheduled vehicles
• Assist with transporting vehicles to and from facility locations
• Oversees staffing and scheduling for department staff
• Ensures Detail log is accurate and completed by end of every business day
• Train staff on proper detailing procedures and on proper use of cleaning chemicals
• Strategically create new detail opportunities outside of Webb Auto Group
• Maintain inventory levels of chemicals and supplies along with MSDS records and re-order supplies when necessary
• Clean vehicles according to company standards and customer specifications
• Wash vehicle exterior
• Apply wax to auto body
• Clean upholstery, rugs and other surfaces
• Vacuum interior of vehicles 
• Perform detail inspections to make sure every detail is a perfect detail

Requirements:

• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
• Team player
