Part-Time Lifestyle and Community Outreach Coordinator

Powerstone Property Management, a growing community association (HOA) management company is seeking a part-time experienced Lifestyle and Community Outreach Coordinator for our on-site property in Chula Vista with regular visits to our Carlsbad office.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and attend events and manage event budgets for Community Association
• Create and maintain a record-keeping system and payment-tracking
• Build relationships with community partners, vendors, and residents
• Manage community app
• Assist with inquiries and maintenance issues for Community Park
• Perform regular inspections for Community Park
• Attend regular on-site vendor meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, between two and four years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work flexible hours, including work nights and weekends
• Must be organized, very detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Must have exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to work under stress, with interruptions, and meet all deadlines
• Ability to process verbal information and input this information into the computer system
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions

Pay

• The pay range for this position is $25 to $30/hour, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This is a part-time position to start but is expected to turn into a full-time position within 12 months.
