What you'll do as Media Coordinator :

Craft Impactful Reports : Utilize Google Data Studio to create weekly and monthly reports for all clients, ensuring data accuracy and API connectivity that reflects real-time performance.

Your work will bring our best creative to the forefront, complete with insights to guide our strategic direction.

  • Shape Media Buys : Develop estimates and generate precise insertion orders using our media buying software, overseeing the entire process to ensure accuracy in billing, synchronization with our management systems, and clear communication with media representatives.
  • Manage Critical Details : Keep all project specs and deadlines meticulously updated in Google Sheets, ensuring every team member stays informed of any changes.

Your diligence will keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Organize and Streamline : Take charge of organizing countersigned insertion orders, maintaining an orderly system within our client folders on the server, and keeping vendor and client information current in our media buying software.
  • Support Strategy Development : Play a key role in assembling background information and analysis crucial for crafting media plans, documents, and presentations, empowering our team to make informed decisions.
  • Enhance Team Efficiency : Provide essential administrative support, easing the daily workload for the media team and ensuring our clients receive the outstanding service they expect and deserve.
  • Build Valuable Connections : Strengthen our agency's network by fostering positive relationships with media sales representatives and staying proactive in media community engagement.
  • Be a Resourceful Point of Contact : Efficiently handle inquiries from media reps, gathering and organizing media kits on our shared server to keep our resources comprehensive and accessible.
