Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors. As a Camp Counselor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children while creating memorable experiences on our farm!

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with campers during various activities and outings on the farm
- Lead groups in games, crafts, and recreational activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized camp environment
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for campers to learn, grow, and have fun

Experience:
- Experience working with children
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies
- Familiarity with special education or early childhood education is a plus
- First aid certification is preferred
- Ability to educate and inspire campers through creative programming
- Previous experience in babysitting or childhood development is beneficial

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Pass a background check prior to employment
