This position requires prior hotel maintenance experience We are looking for someone who will work along side our Chief Engineer and may at one point be able to move up to that position. Experience in all aspects of Hotel Maintenance. Must be available to work Mid shifts amd weekends
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, including electrical and mechanical knowledge. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where leadership and customer service skills are valued.
Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Use ohmmeters and other tools to diagnose problems
- Perform painting as needed
- Fabricate parts when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service
-operate hotel key system
-plumbing skills
-able to put things together like furniture etc.
-able to lift heavy items up to 75lbs
-carpet cleaning
-drywall work

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
