3S Lift is a publicly listed supplier of tower internals (lifts, platforms, ladders, and more) for wind turbines. With a global presence of around 1000 employees and subsidiaries in China, USA, Europe, and India, 3S Lift is well-positioned to support the renewable energy industry and mitigate climate change. 3S Lift products and services have been applied in more than 2,000 wind farms in 55 countries, ranking among the top three worldwide in the field of access and safety equipment field for the wind industry. The company cumulatively holds 700 patents and product certifications around the world. In the past 10 years, 3S Lift has had an annual growth rate of 30% to 50%. 3S Americas has sales offices in Portsmouth, NH, Denver, CO, and Atlanta, GA, as well as an office and a 42,000 sq. feet distribution and training center in Richardson, TX. Currently, 3S Americas has 40 full-time employees and will grow to 50-70 employees in the next two years, covering North America, with the functions of sales and marketing, engineering, finance, warehouse and assembly, and after-sale services. We are continuously looking for hardworking and talented people to grow with us.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Become the North American technical expert of 3S Lift product installation.
2. Lead projects through development, engineering, and construction by close coordination with 3S experts & customers.
3. Maintain project development plans and manage projects according to time, quality and budget.
4. Negotiate favorable vendor relationships, contracts and monitor progress.
5. Help to form partnerships with customers by working as a liaison between customers and 3S Lift internal Sales, R&D, and Operation Teams to meet all requirements.
6. Identify project risks and solutions for coordination with other staff and with management.
7. Support Sales developing new business as well as managing existing customer accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management or Engineering.
2. Strong interpersonal, oral & written communication skills. Bilingual Chinese Mandarin or Spanish is a plus.
3. One year of practical electrical and/or wind turbine experience preferred.
4. Position is located at the 3S Plano-TX facility (suburb of Dallas).
5. Workday/week flexibility required with potential of up to 50% travel in 1st year.
6. Additional required qualifications: Ability to climb stairs and ladders 60-125 meters in height, ability to lift, push, pull, carry items up to 50lbs in weight; Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights over 100 meters; Ability to successfully participate in all training, including controlled high-angle decent; Strong commitment to safety & following all company & customer rules; Able to work in demanding physical and inclement weather conditions; Comfortable working in remote environments as part of a team with limited supervision.
