JOB SUMMARY: Provide friendly and excellent service to every guest. Bus and clear table efficiently. Keep waitress stations fully stocked and clean.
QUALIFICATIONS: Native American preference. Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Ability to maneuver in confined areas of the restaurant and able to tolerate smoke-filled areas. Must be able to lift heavy trays. Must be able to tolerate the heat generated by the kitchen. Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to forty (40) pounds.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Clear and reset tables in the Dining Room. Keep kitchen area stocked with glasses, silverware, napkins, linens and placemats. Open and close waitress/waiter stations. Must keep work areas clean. Must complete all side work as assigned by Supervisor or Dining Room Manager.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings. Must comply with and enforce all safety policies and rules.
