Our practice is for patients who won't compromise care, comfort or quality. Located in the heart of Rockville, Maryland we specialize in a wide variety of family and cosmetic dental needs.
Front Office Position open immediately
We are a dental practice with a single dentist and 2 dental assistants. We would prefer someone with a minimum of two year experience working at a dental reception desk.
We are open Monday -Thursday for patients and Friday only for phones. The person we are seeking should be able to work Monday thru Thursday.
Ideal candidates have great customer service skills, Speak Spanish, Reliability and an ability to communicate effectively are essential.
Tasks include:
- Able to multitask
- Answer calls
- Schedule appointments
- Confirm appointments
- File back charts
- Pull out claims and file with charts
- Insurance verification
- Enter state insurance claims into portal
- Make copies
- Create and print labels
- Organize and keep inventory of front area supplies
- Treatment Plan patients follow up on treatment unscheduled
- Manage account balances
