Job Description
Job Title: Financial Systems Support Specialist
Reports to: Financial Systems Manager
Position Location: Denver, Dallas or Remote
Direct Reports: None
Compensation: (we are required to post this in Colorado)

Main Purpose of the position:
This position offers the opportunity to apply a unique blend of accounting expertise and technological savvy in the support of over 100 software users and report recipients in 3 states. Products supported will include Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate accounting software and interfacing applications such as Timberscan, MyAssistant, Procore, Anterra, and Concur. The successful candidate will work closely with and under the direction of the Financial Systems Manager.
Key Accountabilities:
· Manage user accounts and ensure appropriate security access.
· Provide ad hoc user training as needs arise.
· Assist users in researching issues and correcting transactions using appropriate troubleshooting methods.
· Complete periodic reconciliations of General Ledger balances to subledger applications to ensure data integrity.
· Perform Close Month processes in General Ledger, Job Cost and Contracts as directed.
· Fulfill requests for data extraction and reporting.
· Participate in projects implemented to improve operations and financial visibility and reporting.
· Gain a working knowledge of Salesforce workflow as it relates to transactions imported into Sage 300 CRE and work with the Salesforce administration team to support troubleshooting.
Job Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience working as an accounting professional in Sage 300 CRE with a solid understanding of data flow among the subledger applications and General Ledger.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task multiple projects at the same time.
· Desire to continually build knowledge of software products supported and best practices for use and administration.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively in a large corporation.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Investigative, organizational, and analytical skills.
· Creative problem-solving skills.
· Self-driven accountability and pride in the results of work well done.
· Advanced skills in MS Excel preferred.
· Prior experience with software administration a plus.
· Ability to travel as needed.
