Growing law firm seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will liaison with the COO and an outsourced IT company, oversee day to day IT Operations, including hands-on troubleshooting for 300 computer stations, planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects, including new office IT set up, overseeing the VOIP phones system, including regular inspection of the phone system and serving as a liaison with the VOIP vendor.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead IT projects from initiation to closure
- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
- Use project management tools to monitor progress
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Skills:
- Proficient in time management to meet project deadlines
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Excel for project tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud computing technologies
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
- Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and implementation
