Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective sales training programs to our sales team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our sales representatives to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
Duties:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing retail sales team members
- Conduct training sessions on various sales techniques, product knowledge, and effective communication skills
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to improve their performance and achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans
- Create training materials, presentations, and resources to support the training programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and new sales techniques to continuously improve the training content
Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales training or related field
- Strong knowledge of account management, outside sales, and technology sales
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Strong business development skills
