Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Audit Clerk to join our team.

• Participate in the Waiver Department Billing and Mental Health Billing.
• Using software such as QuickBooks and Credible.
• Data entry with multiple clearinghouses; Availity, Trizetto, etc.
• Reconciliation of monies received vs billed hours; contact insurance companies and determine if proper payments were made.
• Invoice Creation in QuickBooks
• Quality assurance (assisting with auditing files thoroughly-reporting missing items/archiving)
• Quality assurance (Credible)- helping review information in files for accuracy and detail

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in financial auditing or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
