We are in search of a Concrete Project Manager/Estimator to add to our team. We are currently in search of a Project Engineer to add to our growing team.

Job Duties:

• Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
• Procurement of construction materials
• Quality Control/Quality Assurance checks
• Coordination of subcontractors
• Attend preconstruction meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of blueprints and specifications
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Preferred experience using PlanGrid, Procore, or other related software
• Strong time management and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
